Below is an example of what one breakfast, lunch and dinner menu might look like during your stay.  Please bear in mind that these particular entrées may not be offered while you are with us, or might be prepared differently.

 

Breakfast

wheat and barley flake hot cereal, homemade nutty granola, homemade yoghurt, milk, soy milk, fresh sliced bananas, dried fruit and toasted nuts

Poached Egg Salmon Latkes
wild Alaska salmon lox, steamed spinach, house made hollandaise, side of berries and fruit

Traditional Croissants

Chilled Orange Juice

 

Sack Lunch

Sandwich Makings
fresh whole grain bread; savory wraps; homemade sliced roast beef; white bean pesto; roasted vegetable platter; greenhouse lettuce; sprouts; sliced tomato and red onion;
traditional sandwich condiments

Additional Sack Lunch Items
savory trail mix of sesame sticks, rice crackers, roasted almonds and pumpkin seeds; carrot sticks; dried fruit leathers; fresh gingersnap cookies; ice water and blackcurrant iced tea

 

Dinner

Pan Seared Scallops with Cilantro Pesto
whipped salt cod, sweet potato gnocchi, Rosie Creek broccoli

(Vegetarian Entree) Quinoa and Black Bean Cakes
roasted root vegetables, pumpkin seed crème fraiche

Rhubarb Strawberry Cobbler
garden rhubarb, fresh strawberries, oat and nut crumble,
